Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise is loaded only when configured and is used to protect contact, newsletter, and lead forms from abuse. Google may process device and request information under its own terms; its storage names and retention are not defined in this repository.

Preferences

When enabled, browser storage remembers choices and activity on this device.

• duma_saved_searches_v1: up to 12 saved searches, retained until browser storage is cleared.
• duma_listing_activity_v1: favourites and up to 24 recently viewed listings, retained until cleared.
• duma_search_display_v1: search display preference, retained until cleared.
• duma_last_search_session: the most recent search session, retained for the browser session.
• duma-client-property-feedback:…: feedback entered for a client property, retained until cleared.
• duma_saved_search: a legacy preference cookie may be read if already present; no active creation path was detected.

Analytics

Google Analytics loads only after analytics consent and only when NEXT_PUBLIC_GA_ID is configured. It may set _ga and measurement-specific _ga_* cookies. Exact retention depends on the connected Google Analytics property and is not specified in this repository. Withdrawing analytics consent disables measurement and removes the first-party analytics cookies the site can identify.

Marketing and advertising

No marketing pixel, advertising network, or behavioural-advertising script was detected in the project. This category remains available so a future service cannot be treated as consented without an explicit visitor choice and implementation update.

Other third-party requests

Property maps can request map tiles from OpenStreetMap and satellite imagery providers identified in the code as Esri, Maxar, and Earthstar Geographics. Listing attribution can request the official badge asset from REALTOR.ca. These providers receive ordinary web-request information such as an IP address and browser headers. No site-created map or badge tracking cookie was detected. Form submissions and account requests are sent to the configured Duma Realty API and authentication endpoints.

Change or withdraw consent

Use “Cookie preferences” in the footer at any time. Rejecting a category stops the site from initiating the corresponding optional service and clears known first-party storage for that category where technically possible. Browser controls can also remove stored data. Necessary storage cannot be disabled through this panel because it supports the choice record and requested core functions.
